Our housekeeping teams use hospital grade cleaning products and sanitizers in all rooms and common areas. For guest and employee safety and well-being, daily housekeeping service is provided upon request.

Our properties have implemented new protocols that minimize guest contact with personnel through a streamlined check-in and check-out process. Physical distancing measures have been implemented along with regular sanitization taking place at the front desk and in the lobby.
Hotel Employees and Staff Requirements:
All Evergreen Hotel Group employees follow strict guidelines, including use of Personal Protective Equipment and frequent hand-washing protocols. Employee workstations are cleaned and disinfected multiple times during a shift and immediately after every shift. Additionally, employees are empowered to stay home if unwell.

When you book directly with us, your reservation is guaranteed. You don't have to worry about us giving it away if you come in later than expected. We know that travel can be complicated right now and our front desk will accommodate any delays.
